If you have chronic pain or stress that leads to feeling anxious, this class may be very helpful for you. Your vagus nerve ‘listens’ to your body and impacts the function of every organ of your body based on what it ‘hears’. This class will teach you about this relationship AND how to effectively influence all that communication to reduce or eliminate tension caused by stress and worry as well as positively impact chronic pain, digestive issues, and more.

- I have had digestive problems all my life. Lately they had become more worrisome. To the point I thought I was going to seek medical attention. I had changed to a whole food plant based diet 2 years ago thinking that would take care of the problem. It didn’t and has been getting worse. And now like magic I am healed. Those days of practicing the two types of breathing did the trick.
- I feel more relaxed, and when I start feeling anxious, the fact that I can voluntarily calm myself down by doing a series of 3 D breathing, makes me feel better.
- I used the deep breath and hold at end of exhalation, end of inhalation, when I felt stressed, tired. I incorporated taking some breaths on my breaks from sitting. During the time I’m “pausing” in the breathing, I really fell a strong sense of relaxation….
