Day 1: Boost Your Balance & Stability
No, feeling wobbly and unstable is NOT normal, even as you age. Learn to train for true balance which requires fluidity with control from the ground up. By resetting and strengthening your body's stabilizing mechanisms, you'll learn to move with ease and even reduce your fall risk to maintain your independence for years to come. We begin with a test! How will you score?

Day 2: Strengthen Your Bones & Joints
How often have you heard that osteoporosis and arthritis are just normal parts of aging? Discover how what you eat can not only provide health to your bones & joints, but may improve these chronic conditions. Learn to compare simple diet & lifestyle changes to conventional medical treatments for these issues so you can make informed decisions about your health.

Day 3: Posture Perfect
Are you beginning to hunch forward? Take the test and find out! Understand the complex nature of how your muscles impact your posture and your spine. Learn how to train those muscles to reverse poor posture if you have it or prevent it as you age. No one wants a dowager's hump. Ever.

Day 4: Restorative Sleep & healthy Memory
Sleep quality and memory loss are NOT rites of passage! Learn how simple food and lifestyle changes can dramatically improve sleep quality and may even reverse your risk of dementia! You'll also learn about the risks & benefits of conventional medical treatments for sleep and memory issues so that you can make more informed decisions.

Day 5: Train for Mobility & Brain Health
Did you know that exercise improves brain function? You'll not only learn how to reverse stiffness and limited range of motion, but you will discover the secret to making more BDNF! Knowing how to condition your body so you are fully mobile will keep you doing the things you love to do as the years keep ticking with ease and joy.
