Are you concerned about losing strength and balance as you age? Falls are one of the greatest risks to long-term health, but the good news is that you can take proactive steps to reduce that risk. This beginner-to-moderate level class is designed to improve your balance, strength, and flexibility through targeted, motion-based exercises that keep you moving confidently.

What Makes This Class Different?
