Pain Culprits!
Surprising Truths Behind Pain, How to Uncover the Cause, and What to Do about It
Most chronic pain isn’t coming from the painful body part. It’s the result of treating the body in pieces instead of as a whole. Pain Culprits exposes the hidden, whole-body causes behind persistent back, hip, knee, shoulder, neck, and pelvic pain, and explains why conventional treatments so often miss them.
Drawing on decades of clinical experience, Eileen reveals the overlooked truths about how the body actually works and what finally resolves pain when “everything else” hasn’t.
Aging Culprits!
12 myths that sabotage your future and steal your joy
Medications, chronic joint pain, balance problems, weakness, incontinence, and loss of independence are often labeled “normal” parts of aging, but science says otherwise. Aging Culprits exposes the myths that convince people to expect deterioration instead of questioning it.
Eileen reveals why many age-related issues are not caused by aging itself, how mainstream advice accelerates decline, and what truly separates people who remain strong and independent from those who slide toward frailty and nursing homes.
