Hi, i'm Eileen
My mission is to teach you how to age without decline, be free of pain, and have real optimal function as long as you live. I will show you safe, effective ways to reduce or eliminate pain, regain your health, and age really well without drugs, procedures, or surgeries.
I have always sought out truth, even as a child. My reason for being is to improve the lives of others. When I lost two brothers in their forties (one to cancer, the other to heart disease) I knew I had to do all I could to keep others from the same tragedy.
When I was little I wanted to be a doctor; yet when it was time to start college I did not agree with the medical model of medicating symptoms and managing disease as it progressed. I also disagreed with what was being taught in nutrition programs. The physical therapy program caught my attention as I have always been fascinated with the workings of the human body.
Fast forward to the first ever Nutrition Educator Diploma Program offered by the Wellness Forum Institute for Health Studies. It is designed to teach people how to eliminate the need for medications and restore health. I am now living my dream as a manually skilled physical therapist, certified applied functional science professional, MELT certified instructor, and nutrition educator graduate.
I empower others to make informed decisions in order to achieve pain-free living and optimal health without drugs and surgery.
I’m focused on helping you to achieve your goals in a timely manner using a Four Prong Approach. If you have been frustrated at the amount of conflicting information out there regarding your pain and/or health issues; my goal is to clarify proven facts and science-based evidence that will lead you to a pain-free and healthier state. I turn 66 in 2024. I take no medications, not even over the counter, and I have enough energy to accomplish all of my goals. How I do this is what I will teach to you. There are many passionate and knowledgeable medical professionals teaching people how to regain their health by providing information that is very effective.
You do not have to suffer with pain or chronic conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a virtual assessment actually help me?
I have been helping people from all over the world (Australia, Greece, Canada, Austria, etc.) using zoom for many years, long before the global shutdown. My four-prong approach enables me to fully assess your 3 plane mobility, determine your pain culprits, and teach you effective strategies to address them.
Why isn’t my shoulder pain getting better?
You may be surprised to learn shoulder symptoms are commonly due to an issue elsewhere. Focusing on just a couple of the 17 muscles in your shoulder (or getting an injection) and ignoring the function in your ankles, hips, and thoracic spine will fail at restoring full, pain-free shoulder function. You are a whole person, not a shoulder.
Why do I need to look at my ankle function for pain in my knee, or shoulder, or low back, or neck?
When the ankle lacks mobility in dorsiflexion and/or eversion, this can place abnormal strain on your knee, hip, low back, even your shoulder and neck. Only treating your knee, low back, or neck will not restore dorsiflexion OR fully resolve the area of pain.
Why does my neck still hurt after all the treatments I’ve had?
To fully resolve neck pain, the areas below need to be fully assessed and trained the right way based on what is found. The neck depends on what happens below it. Just treating the neck will not stop the pain for the long-run if the cause is somewhere else. Neck pain can be “managed’ for years because the culprit is not addressed.
I’ve been told I need to live with back pain because nothing shows up on xray or MRI. Isn’t there something I can do?
Often, the best way to address low back pain is to ignore the low back and focus on the common cause(s). Restoring function in the thoracic spine or hip(s) can address the culprit and allow the low back victim to seek relief. Isolating treatment to the low back will only “manage” the pain and lead to declining function over time.
How can I exercise my hip when it hurts?
Effectively assessing 3 plane function is the best way to determine where the true problem exists. Working with successful movements and building upon them is the pain-free way to restore healthy hip function. Injections won’t strengthen hips and, unfortunately, they are reported to worsen hip structures in the data.
